Annotation

Scholars have paid little attention to the text print as a linguistic and cultural phenomenon so far. The article aims at examining T-shirt prints as linguistic, cultural and promotion phenomena not completely described by linguists so far. Experiment was held by means of context and content analysis. Results demonstrate that text -print is a salient unit of marketing communication promoting social, cultural and political ideas. Text-prints functional classification is provided.
