Annotation
The relevance of this study is due to the following factors: 1) in the structure of modern communicative mass consciousness there are traces of archaic consciousness in the form of superstitious thinking; 2) modern superstitions are fixed and unfold in various spheres (everyday life, leisure, professional activities, etc.) and represent a set of polysemiotic systems (in the form of rituals and their linguistic embodiment), aimed at positive solutions to problems, minimizing troubles, achieving desired benefits built on irrationality; 3) in the context of globalization, when cultural boundaries are erased, superstitious phenomena are imported from one linguistic culture to another, while, being a linguistic and cultural phenomenon, superstitions are assimilated into the new culture and verbalized by means of the host language. The purpose of the study is to examine the process of importing simoron as one of the forms of gaming psychotraining based on superstition from Russian linguistic culture into French. The article defines simoron as a linguocultural phenomenon, and examines the ways of assimilation of Russian-language borrowings associated with simoron into the French language. The system-forming features of simoron in French linguistic culture have been established, which are a combination of non-verbal (in the form of a ritual) and verbal (in the form of an affirmation) components. The authors come to the conclusion that in the French language, the affirmations that form the basis of the simoron are aimed at solving any problem related to such vital and moral values of the individual as love, wealth, health and work. The study also presents the results of an analysis of lexemes that objectify key values that are reflected in affirmations.
